Senna leaf 

Recommended Use:
Boil 8-12 ounces of water add a teaspoon of herbs to a tea ball, and steep the tea ball in water for 10-20 minutes.  A tea ball is good for at least 24 ounces (2 uses). Senna should not be used for more than 7 days, due to the possibility of dependency and increased risk of liver toxicity and damage. 

This is a stimulant that is not recommended to take daily, or weekly. 
Recommend taking 2 hours before or after any doctor-prescribed medications.
