Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds. If there is an error, please notify Thee Herbal Blessing at 769-216-3450 or at customerservice@theeherbalblessing.com
If there is by chance any issues with the product(s), the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery and 2 days of purchasing in-store.
Customers are only eligible to receive an exchange based on the products. If there is an issue with the order received via delivery , the customer must provide the following via email at customerservice@theeherbalblessing.com : Order Number, Image of Products, and A Brief Description of the Issue.
Note: Please allow up to 48-72 hours to receive an email response from a customer service team member.
The dietary supplements must be in the same condition when purchased from the location. Therefore, if the seal is placed on the products during production is broken ; the product will not be eligible for an exchange.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
